"This book entitled Introductory sociology and anthropology: a pedagogy is a product of the well meaning authors who are also brothers in the profession whose only obsession is to practicalize the study of the discipline aforementioned. The experience of some faculty members in teaching this mandated subject wherein the contents of the adopted textbooks could not be realized within the time frame set by the institution prompted the authors to conceive the idea of restructuring is the writing of this textbook with the inclusion of all the necessary components of the society which could be attainable within the 54 hours allotted time to a semester of study. Miscellaneous topics are excluded so as to make the study more substantial and not superficial." --
