1. New Book AcquisitionsNQCI Library aims to familiarize all its patrons of the library’s collections and services. Similar with user education where freshmen are introduced to the use of information sources, facilities and services of the library through orientation, library tour and classroom integration lessons. We also conduct different training and activities to explore new modes of learning and promote love of reading.

Patrons who wish to research in other schools may secure a referral letter by providing the needed information.
A maximum of 5 students per library will be allowed per day. Kindly inquire at the library for proper scheduling. Students are advised to check outside research policies of the library intended to visit and availability of its resources.
NQCI Library has “kubo” provided as discussion rooms. Each “kubo” can accommodate 30 persons. Equipped with sets of tables, chairs and white board.
Patrons who wish to use the “Kubo” are subject to the following regulations:
Internet service aims to provide and deliver the patrons of highly effective learning experiences through web and internet technologies as an extension of the services in the conventional library. The internet is for educational and research purposes only. Games, chats, accessing pornographic images and other unrelated activities are strictly prohibited. Librarians may intervene to ensure optional access to these computers. Internet service is free of charge.
Audio-Visual Room is available for course-related viewing. AV Room can accommodate a maximum of 70 people. Faculty may use materials either from personal collections or materials acquired by NQCI Library.
