"Fina Felisa L. Alcudia is an Associate Professor at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City, She earned her doctoral degree on English studies major in Language from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. Her research interests include pragmatics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics and discourse studies. She is currently the Director of the University Distance Education Program of West Visayas State University. She also handles courses in linguistics and pedagogy in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She is part of the pioneering team working on the course guide and materials production to assist Teacher Education Institutions in Region VI in the training of teachers for MTB-MLE."
