"The author's major objective throughout the writing of this textbook-workbook is to present the analytic and solid geometry to engineering and computer science students in a simple and understandable language. The author designed this textbook-workbook to be user-friendly and contextualized to the needs of its readers. The text contains a rich variety of easy, realistic, and stimulating applications commonly encountered in everyday living. Specific objectives at the beginning of each chapter are provided so that the reader could have a full grasp of the entire chapter's activity. A set of exercises at the end of every section is intended to test at once the student's understanding of problem-solving technique. Each section contains carefully chosen examples to help the reader understand and assimilate new ideas. In many cases, these examples serve as models in solving the exercises and supplementary problems.
